Image generation

The YouTube thumbnail, described then delivered.

You describe the thumbnail you want, you get a PNG back. The hard part is not generating an image: it is that the face is the same from one render to the next. A spectacular result one time in three is not a product.

A neutral third-party platform for the CIMA zone, in Ivory Coast, Senegal and Burkina Faso. It explains contracts, it does not sell them and takes no commission. Three pieces built together: the web, the mobile app, and the service that reads the terms and conditions.

Parallelised development

Parallelising the development of a single feature.

This is the tool that explains the speed of the rest of this page. An engineering-grade programming harness, built on the AI-Driven Development method: Forge takes the idea to the specification, Machine takes the specification to a pull request. It partitions a feature into file-disjoint tasks, each on its own branch in its own git worktree, and runs them side by side — the adversarial review splitting into simultaneous readings of its own. Parallelism is earned: below three disjoint tasks it falls back to sequential, and says why. It never merges and never deploys.

Coding, made visual: see what runs side by side.

MACHINE’s pilot station. A desktop app that owns a real coding session — the terminal on screen is the session, not a simulation — and shows the run above it: how many tasks are running side by side, what each one handles, which model it picked, what is sequential and what is not, and which one is blocked. A guarantee you cannot verify is not a guarantee: no invented value ever reaches the screen, and absent data renders as absent, with its reason.

Automatic video editing

Edit a video by editing its transcript.

The edit happens on the text: cut a sentence, the video follows. The English-speaking market is saturated, the French-speaking one is not, and no dominant tool handles French filler words. That is the bet, and it is made explicitly.
